Baked by Jane's journey began with contending for a place in The Great British Bake-off 2015. Tantalisingly, baker and mother Jane Lewis made it through to the last 50 places but no further. However, Jane chose to channel her considerable creative baking talents into writing recipes and creating beautiful bakes.
Last summer, Jane joined the Bird squad for our inaugural photo shoot and is featured here in our Cherry Smash chef jacket.
