We caught up with Sarah Bolwell, owner of Loafley Bakery, an artisan bakery at home in the lanes of Welsh seaside town Tenby. Entering their third year of trading, Sarah says, "We're an all-female team here at the bakery and we're constantly evolving. We have a steady local lunch and coffee trade and our pretty back-yard is packed with holiday makers during the summer."  The bakery offers juicy sausage rolls, lushious seasonal cakes and several varieties of sourdough.
