We send your order by Royal Mail First Class Delivery and charge £5.00 for postage and packing, excluding our Scrubbies which go Standard Delivery as a 'Large Letter' and cost £1.80 for postage and packing.
We dispatch your order as quickly as we can. In the UK we use Royal Mail First Class and for exports, we use Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery Service. We send you an email and tracking number when your items have been dispatched.
Your order will be sent our via International Royal Mail Tracked. This can, in some cases take up to 7 days. You'll receive notification by email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.
Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. This can also affect the delivery timescale, which is out of our control.
We are still shipping to our EU customers and additional duties and taxes will be charged when the shipment reaches its destination. Please note that these charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. At Bird Kitchen Clothing, we offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.

Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to Bird Kitchen Clothing within seven working days of delivery. Bird Kitchen Clothing shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by Bird Kitchen Clothing, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to Bird Kitchen Clothing for examination.
- If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Bird Kitchen Clothing shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
- If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective Bird Kitchen Clothing shall at its option, replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
- In no circumstances shall the liability of Bird Kitchen Clothing to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
